Linda Helen Herman is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia, specializing in competition law and banking and finance regulations.
Previously, Linda has practiced in two of Estonia`s leading law firms, focusing on financial crime and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as in business development at a bank. She has also assisted the Ministry of Justice in conducting an international study on juvenile delinquency (ISRD4).
Linda holds a Bachelor`s degree in Law from the University of Tartu and has been a member of the international law students’ organization ELSA. Additionally, she has participated in several international Erasmus Plus projects in Paris, Lisbon, Barcelona and Brussels.
