Linda Helen Herman is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia, specialising in competition law and banking and finance regulation.
Previously, Linda practised at two of Estonia’s leading law firms, focusing on financial crime and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has also worked in business development at a bank and assisted the Ministry of Justice in conducting the International Self-Report Delinquency Study (ISRD4).
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Tartu and a master’s degree in law from the University of Amsterdam. She has also been a member of the international law students’ organisation ELSA and participated in several Erasmus+ projects in Paris, Lisbon, Barcelona and Brussels.
