Povilas Junevičius

Povilas Junevičius is a partner with experience in representing private and public entities, private equity and venture capital funds, startups in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution of shares, financing, investment transactions and general corporate matters. Throughout his professional career, he has built up extensive experience in drafting various contracts, advising on company formations, corporate governance, reorganisation, restructuring, and helping to solve various issues between shareholders, investors and management of companies. Povilas provides consultations for local and international entities and funds in various sectors including IT, energy, real estate, pharmacy and trade. He has drafted proposals for amendments to company law, the law on partnerships, the law on the protection of objects of importance to ensuring national security and other laws aimed to improve Lithuania’s legal environment.
