Rando Mändar is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia whose primary practice area is planning and environmental law.
Rando holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Tartu. During his studies, he represented the University of Tartu in the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition (ICCMCC). The five-member team received awards in three categories, taking first place in two of them.
Before joining Ellex in Estonia, Rando worked as a legal adviser in the Estonian Defence Forces and at the NATO Force Integration Unit in Estonia.
