Regina Getter Maajärv is a lawyer specialising mainly in Intellectual Property and Medical Law.
Regina Getter holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Tartu. She has been an exchange student at the University of Salzburg in Austria, studied diplomacy and law at a summer university in Croatia and medical law at ELSA summer university in Austria, and has participated in the student programs of two law firms.
Regina Getter has previously practised at the European Union Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tartu Circuit Court, Tartu Supreme Court and at four leading Estonian law firms. She also provided legal advice at the Student Law Office of the University of Tartu.
