Samanta Lidere is an Assistant Attorney at Law specializing in competition law and dispute resolution.

Before joining Ellex, Samanta worked for more than five years at a law firm, providing a wide range of professional legal support to clients across various fields of law. Her work included ensuring of competition law compliance in day-to-day activities, legal assistance during Competition Council inspections, and representing clients in court proceedings seeking the annulment of Competition Council decisions.

Samanta has also supported clients in claims for damages resulting from competition law infringements, representing both victims and defendants. Additionally, Samanta has broad experience in various types of litigation, including cases involving defamation and reputational damage, debt recovery, and disputes related to breaches of confidentiality and non-compete obligations.
