Before joining Ellex in Latvia in 2015, Silva gained priceless experience in customer service and front office management working within the hospitality sector in Latvia, Iceland and the UK. One of the highlights in her administrative role at the firm was the opportunity in 2016 to assist Ellex partners at the IBA Annual Conference in Washington DC. This valuable experience inspired Silva to expand her expertise in marketing, branding and business development. After graduating with a Masters in International Marketing and Business Administration from Riga Stradiņš University in 2017, she joined the Ellex marketing team.
Silva regularly participates in seminars and webinars organised by Lex Mundi and International Bar Association (IBA) related to legal marketing and business development.
