Simona Budreikaitė is an associate partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice and an attorney-at-law admitted in Lithuania. She has extensive experience in commercial disputes, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, contract and corporate law, shareholder conflicts, professional and D&O liability, trade secret protection, and unfair competition. Simona represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings and is skilled in negotiation and mediation.
Simona has expertise in international arbitration under various rules, including SCC, ICC, VCCA, and UNCITRAL, as well as in state courts for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. She also advises on investment arbitration matters, with experience from the pre-arbitration stage through to the arbitration proceedings.
Simona is trained in both civil law and common law. She holds a Master of Laws from Vilnius University, where she graduated top of her class, and a Magister Juris with Distinction from the University of Oxford, where she focused on commercial remedies and international dispute settlement. Alongside her practice, Simona actively participates in the firm’s pro bono projects, focusing on collaboration with the VU Law Clinic.
