Simona Budreikaitė is a senior associate at the Firm’s dispute resolution practice, with significant experience in high-value court and arbitration proceedings related to energy, infrastructure, civil liability, the invalidity of contracts, company law and shareholder disputes, as well as the protection of trade secrets and unfair competition. Simona represents clients in complex disputes both in courts and in commercial and investment arbitration. Simona’s professional strengths include a sharp focus on the key issues, practical understanding and management of client needs, exceptional academic legal knowledge and its successful application in practical situations.
After completing commercial law studies at Vilnius University (graduating as the No. 1 student), Simona obtained a Master of Laws diploma with Distinction at the University of Oxford, where she deepened her knowledge of commercial law and international dispute resolution.
