Simona Bumblauskytė-Kiauleikienė is an associate partner with more than fifteen years of experience representing clients before Lithuanian civil and administrative courts. Her professional background and expertise cover issues related to energy, renewable resources, and industrial regulation law. These include the development of onshore wind and solar energy projects, regulatory frameworks for offshore wind projects, electricity supply, as well as regulation of natural gas and biomethane, and matters related to the operation of the LNG terminal.
In recent years, she has also devoted considerable attention to environmental law matters, including various waste management issues, regulation of biofuels, compliance with issued permits and related violations, inspections by authorities, adherence to environmental legislation in the daily operations of companies, and identification of related operational risks.
