Simona Bumblauskytė – Kiauleikienė is an associate partner with over fifteen years of litigation experience in the general and administrative courts of Lithuania. Her professional focus is dedicated to energy and renewable resources law matters: regulatory issues of waste management and biofuels, heat supply, and development of wind and solar energy projects.
For the latest few years, she has also been focusing on the fields of industry regulatory matters and environmental law: licensing issues, compliance with permits, regulatory price setting, competence in the areas of environmental impact assessment, compensation for environmental damage, and others.
