Triin Frosch is a counsel and one of the few lawyers in Estonia specialising in the field of Energy (power and renewables, including power generation and distribution, grid infrastructure, emissions and energy trading; oil and gas, including up, mid, downstream and LNG) and infrastructure.
Throughout the years she has advised projects on the full spectrum of energy and infrastructure work, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, dispute resolutions, project development, construction, operation and maintenance, competition and regulatory matters, commercial and trading contracts as well as general commercial and corporate advice. Her track record also includes regulatory work on matters such as legislative changes, price control and other aspects of regulatory strategy.
Having worked as the General Counsel of Eesti Energia (a state-owned international energy company that operates in the electricity and gas markets of the Baltic countries and Poland), the international liquid fuels market, and Tallinna Vesi (the largest water utility in Estonia), she knows first-hand the challenges that companies in the energy and infrastructure sector face. Triin has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and is well equipped to provide innovative solutions.
