Lithuanian Polyethylene Film Producer UAB Umaras Acquired by Finnish Company

Ellex advised the shareholder of UAB Umaras on entering into the share purchase agreement for the sale of UAB Umaras!

UAB Umaras is one of the largest producers of polyethylene films in the Baltic States, with 30 years of experience.

Ellex advised on all aspects of the deal, including the legal due diligence, structuring, negotiations, drafting of the share purchase agreement, analysis of the regulatory matters etc.

The transaction itself was coordinated by Ellex Lithuania team members Partner Žilvinas Zinkevičius and Senior Associates Augustinas Mačionis, Laura Paulaitė, and Associate Aušra Abraitytė-Gedminė. The whole negotiations and legal due diligence process involved a lot more other colleagues from Ellex team as well.
