2C Ventures invests in Estonian medtech Nanordica Medical

Ellex in Estonia advised 2C Ventures on its investment in Nanordica Medical OÜ.

Nanordica Medical has raised €1.6 million to advance its antibiotic-free solutions for chronic wound care and to bring its innovative products closer to market. The funding will support the company’s continued product development, regulatory progress and commercialisation, as well as its international expansion in the healthcare sector, addressing key challenges such as antimicrobial resistance.

Ellex advised 2C Ventures throughout the transaction, including legal due diligence and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
