Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. issues CAD 800 million senior notes

Ellex in Latvia assisted Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. in its issue of Series 7 senior unsecured notes for an aggregate principal amount of CAD$ 800 million.

The notes are offered in Canada by way of private placement and will be due in 2030 and the proceeds will be used for the refinancing of the Series 7 senior unsecured notes due in 2024.

Ellex cooperated with Canadian law firm Stikeman Elliott LLP, which led the client’s transaction.
