Anna Mišņeva is a senior associate and leading expert in the field of financial law. Anna’s experience includes assisting local and international financial companies (banks, payments institutions, AIFM, investment service providers) with entering the Latvian market and introduction of various financial products, and advising on issues related to regulatory and capital markets. Anna has represented and advised EBRD, Danske Bank, Sydbank, MoneyGram, Clearstream, Alipay among others. She regularly drafts various research papers on financial instrument markets, credit cards, crowdfunding, payment services and FinTech issues.

She also participates in complex legal reviews of companies for mergers, acquisitions and other purposes, drafting SPAs and advising on other general corporate matters Anna was the national expert for Milieu Consulting SPRL conducting an assessment of the implementation of various European directives in EU countries on behalf of the European Commission (FISMA). Anna is a certified consultant in the Nasdaq Baltic First North market.
