AST SpaceMobile sells a controlling stake in NanoAvionics

Ellex in Lithuania advises AST SpaceMobile, a US-based company developing a space-based cellular broadband network, on selling a controlling stake of aerospace technology company NanoAvionics to Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace AS, a company controlled by the Kingdom of Norway, operating in the field of defense and space.

NanoAvionics is a leading small satellite mission integrator in delivering new-generation satellite buses and propulsion systems for the satellite applications market.
