CVC Capital Partners acquires Visma Custom Solutions

Ellex in Lithuania advises CVC Capital Partners (CVC), a Luxembourg private equity fund manager, on acquiring Norwegian business Visma Custom Solutions. This is a division of Visma Group working with external customers, which also owns some of the specialists working in Lithuania.

The transaction will help to grow Visma Custom Solutions’ IT services business in the Nordic countries.

Ellex in Lithuania provides legal services to the client in the implementation of the transaction in Lithuania and works on the project together with the Scandinavian law firm Schjødt and the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

The client is represented by partner Rūta Armonė, senior associates Aleksandr Asovskij, Inga Macijauskaitė, Nerijus Patlabys and Marijus Dingilevkis and junior associates Akvilė Avulytė and Skaistė Katinaitė.
