Eastnine concludes the largest investment transaction in the Baltics of 2021
The Swedish company Eastnine has acquired a real estate portfolio with two office buildings in the Baltics. It is so far the largest Baltic office transaction of 2021.
The acquisition includes a building in the Quiet Center of Riga (Zaļā Street 1) and an office center “Uniq” in Vilnius. The purchase price is EUR 35.5 million. The total contracted annual rent for the two properties amounts to EUR 2.2 million and both are fully leased. The seller and developer of the properties is the company “Vastint”.
