Establishment of the Latvian Students Mathematical Analysis Network Association

Ellex experts provided pro bono legal support in the establishment of the Latvian Students Mathematical Analysis Network (LASMAT), an association dedicated to helping students deepen their knowledge of mathematics.

The association was founded by active young people who continue their studies abroad and implement initiatives in Latvia to improve mathematics learning at the highest level. They organize training and tournaments for students in grades 8–12, inspired by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) integration competition “Integration Bee”, which has been running for 43 years and has gained popularity all over the world.
