Estonian wholesale and distribution company AbeStock acquires B.T.U. Company

A well-established Estonian wholesale and distribution company AbeStock has acquired Latvian company B.T.U. Company, expanding its presence across the Baltic region.

B.T.U. Company is a Latvian consumer electronics company representing international brands in the Baltic market and serving retail partners across the region. Alongside product distribution, the company offers a full range of after-sales services.

The acquisition represents a milestone in AbeStock’s Baltic growth strategy, reinforcing the company’s position in the region and broadening its portfolio of brands and products. It also underscores sustained investor confidence in the Latvian market and the attractiveness of companies with strong market positions and recognised consumer brands.

Founded in Estonia in 1992, AbeStock is a wholesale and distribution company and part of ABC Group, one of the largest Estonian-owned business groups. The company specialises in the distribution of consumer goods, home appliances, electronics.
