The leading Estonian Microsoft partner GT Tarkvara sold to Span

Ellex partner in Estonia Risto Vahimets and Senior Associate Alla Kuznetsova advised the leading Estonian software management company GT Tarkvara on the sale of the company to Croatian IT company Span.

GT Software is a reliable partner for the largest software companies such as Microsoft, Adobe, Veritas, Citrix, Symantec, VMware and others. The company’s revenue has grown steadily over the years, and the company focuses on projects related to digital transformation and cloud and cyber security. In addition to the private sector, GT Tarkvara has also positioned itself strongly in the public and educational sectors.

Span is a leading Croatian IT company that has consistently grown revenues and profits over the past few years. It is one of Croatia’s largest IT exporters, which earns more than two-thirds of its revenues from foreign markets.
