“M-1” radio stations group was acquired by “15min Group”

Rūta Grušnienė, head of the “M-1” radio group, has signed an agreement on the sale of the radio stations business to the “15min Group”. 

The authorities’ approval is still awaited. If allowed to proceed, “15min group” will obtain 100% of the shares in “M-1,” “Radijo stotis Ultra Vires,” “Radijo stotis Laluna,” and “Reklamos ekspertai,” which manage the radio stations “M-1,” “M-1 Plius,” “Lietus,” “Laluna,” and “M-1 Dance.”
