Modash raises €11 million

Ellex in Estonia advised Henq4 on the funding round for Estonia-based startup Modash. Modash, a creator partnerships platform that helps brands partner with content creators, has closed a €11 million Series A funding round.

The fresh capital will support improvements across Modash’s platform, addressing cross-border compliance issues in creator payments and refining its discovery engine for content creators. Additionally, Modash plans to establish a North American office in Ottawa to better serve its U.S.-based clients. Working with well-known brands like Birkenstock and Farfetch, Modash aims to streamline brand-creator partnerships, a sector anticipated to grow significantly within the next few years. 

Henq4 was advised on the investment by Antti Perli, partner at Ellex in Estonia.
