Natixis has provided financing for KGAL for leases of three new Airbus A220-300 aircraft to airBaltic

Natixis has acted as a lender and a security trustee in financing transaction for the group of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG which has performed the sale and leaseback arrangements for three new Airbus A220-300 aircraft with airBaltic.

The facility of Natixis was secured, among others, by a first-ranking pledge under Latvian law over each aircraft. The transaction marks the first cooperation between Natixis, KGAL and airBaltic.

In Latvia, Natixis was advised by Valters Diure, Associate Partner of Ellex, and Beata Plocina, Senior Associate.
