Ellex in Latvia, in cooperation with the Norwegian law firm Thommessen, advised Partnor AS and C.A.C. FINANS ApS on concluding a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of shares in XL Parts SIA.
XL Parts SIA operates in the automotive parts and accessories stores sector.
