Raglor OÜ signs a deal on acquisition electronics shopping network Avitelos prekyba

The Estonian technology company Raglor OÜ, better known in the Estonian and Latvian markets as Euronics, signs a deal on acquisition the electronics trade network Avitelos Prekyba.

The acquisition of the company will allow it to strengthen its position in Lithuania thanks to Euronics’ acquired experience and developed infrastructure, and to achieve the goal of becoming the leading technology retail company in the Lithuanian market.

The transaction will be implemented after the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania approves the purchase.
