Represented the client regarding the AIFM license

Ellex in Lithuania Banking and Finance practice represented the client – Capitalica Asset Management – at the Bank of Lithuania regarding obtaining an Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) license in the Republic of Lithuania.

This type of license represents a new level of maturity for the company, as it is not only subject to significantly higher requirements but also has the potential to operate throughout the whole EEA.

Capitalica Asset Management is an investment management company that develops and manages commercial real estate properties in Baltic states through investment funds Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I and Capitalica Green Logistics Fund.

The license was granted to the company on 5, April.

The client was advised by partner Ieva Dosinaitė, associate partners Gytė Maleckaitė and Neringa Mickevičiūtė, senior associate Domantas Gudonis, associate consultant Mindaugas Moskalionas and associate Eglė Radvilaitė.
