Sale of Strabag assets
Ellex has assisted its long-standing client STRABAG SIA in disposal of various material assets over series of complex negotiated transactions with several buyers.
The transactions in question took place between years 2022-2024.
The team was led by Ellex partners Sarmis Spilbergs, Liga Merwin, senior counsel Iveta Ceple and senior associate Inese Freivalde.
