Iveta Ceple is a senior counsel with notable experience in advising local entities and foreign investors on various day-to-day corporate legal issues. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, employment law and environmental law issues, and has considerable knowledge in various energy law and public procurement issues. Iveta’s professional experience includes involvement in projects of company due diligence and running them within the scope of large-scale cross-border transactions.
