Successful completion of legal proceedings for one of the largest real estate developers Bonava

We successfully completed the legal proceedings and represented one of the largest real estate developers Bonava in a case against the Riga City Council regarding the issuance of a building permit for the demolition of historic buildings.

Bonava is a real estate developer in Latvia, whose parent company is the Swedish Bonava AB – the leading developer of residential housing in Northern Europe.
