Ellex successfully represented a client – a global international company in a multi-layered civil court case.

In this case a service provider of the Client sought payment for services in fact delivered by a different company. It involved various complex legal issues like the transfer of undertaking, challenged rights of set-off and insolvency related matters.

The civil case was the last step in yearslong proceedings involving different courts, the Tax Authority and the police.
