Lithuanian startup Tingit.com platform secures EUR 1.5 million investment

Lithuanian startup UAB Rebel origin, the company behind the AI-powered global repair platform Tingit.com for fashion items and electronics, has secured a new EUR 1.5 million investment round.

The funds will be used to further develop the company’s AI algorithm and support expansion into new European markets. Since launching operations in 2024, the platform has already attracted more than EUR 2 million in investments.

Currently operating in Lithuania, Poland and France, the platform connects individuals and businesses with the right repair specialists through the company’s AI-powered repair assessment infrastructure. All steps – from placing an order and arranging delivery to payment – are carried out within the platform.

Ellex Lithuania provided legal services to Rebel origin throughout the entire investment round – from negotiations to drafting agreements and closing the transaction. The deal team included partner Dr. Robertas Čiočys, senior associate Laura Paulaitė, associate Eglė Petrošiūtė-Marozė and junior associate Dominyka Grybauskaitė.

The transaction also represents a notable example of the growing circular economy and sustainability-driven investment trend in the Baltic startup ecosystem.

The lead investor in this round was venture capital fund Coinvest Capital, joined by Firstpick, NGL Ventures, and existing foreign investors in Tingit – Germany’s Heartfelt, Latvia’s BADideas, and Czechia’s Purpose Tech.
