Ellex in Estonia advised VINCI Construction SAS on the transfer of majority shareholding in AS TREV-2 Grupp to Greystone Capital OÜ.
VINCI Construction operates in 100 countries with over 1,300 companies that employ a total of 120,000 employees. The group implements nearly 70,000 projects annually and generates sales revenue in the amount of up to 31.5 billion euros.
VINCI decided to exit the Estonian market and the sale of VINCI’s share in AS TREV-2 Grupp to the company’s management was considered to be the best option. Therefore, the shareholding of VINCI was sold to Greystone Capital OÜ which is owned by the manager of AS TREV-2 Grupp Sven Pertens.
