Vilija Vaitkutė Pavan elected to the ArbitralWomen Board of Directors

Vilija Vaitkutė Pavan, Partner at Ellex Lithuania, has been elected to the Board of Directors of ArbitralWomen for the 2026–2028 term. Vilija has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial and investment arbitrations, acting both as a counsel and arbitrator.

ArbitralWomen is the leading international network for women professionals in alternative dispute resolution, bringing together more than 1,000 members from over 40 countries. Since 1993, this non-governmental organisation has been dedicated to promoting women practitioners, advancing diversity, and strengthening the global dispute resolution community.

Vilija will be the only representative from Northern and Eastern Europe, as well as the Baltic states. Vilija’s service on the ArbitralWomen Board of Directors will make a meaningful contribution to the organisation’s growth and visibility in the region.
