Ellex experts in the committees of the Estonian Bar Association

At the penultimate meeting of the board of the Estonian Bar Association in 2023, Partner Sven Papp and Counsel Gerda Liik were reappointed as members of the Commercial Law Committee, and Tax Counsel Dmitri Rozenblat as a member of the Tax Law Committee.

In addition to Sven Papp, Gerda Liik and Dmitri Rozenblat, Ellex specialists have been appointed to serve on the following committees of the Bar Association:

Partner Martin Triipan is a member of the Ethics and Methodology Committee, Partner Raino Paron is a member of the Financial Law Committee, Partner Martin Mäesalu is the Chairman of the Competition Law Committee, Senior Associate Hanna Pahk is a member of the Employment Law Committee and Senior Associate Merlin Liis-Toomela is a member of the Intellectual Property and IT Law Committee.

The committees are formed with the aim of assisting and advising organisations and members of the Bar Association in legislative work and practical issues relating to the relevant practice areas, the analysis of relevant legislation and case law, and drafting of amendments.
