Ellex in the Baltics notably stands out in the 2023 rankings released by the highly reputable deal monitors: Mergermarket and Bloomberg. These rankings reflect the performance of our legal team in the Northern and CEE regions.

Bloomberg CEE rankings reflect that Ellex has secured the top position among other Baltic law firms by overall deal volume, demonstrating our commitment to providing expert legal services to clients.

Additionally, Ellex has earned recognition as the top Baltic legal advisor in the Nordic region, as acknowledged by Bloomberg. Ellex has excelled among Baltic law firms by having advised on 13 transactions in the Nordic market.

Mergermarket, another respected deal monitor, has noted the competitive landscape of major law firms in the Baltic countries. Despite this competition, Ellex has led high-value transactions, as evidenced by Mergermarket crediting Ellex with 23 deals totalling 391 million USD. This translates to an average deal value of 17 million USD, thus surpassing the competition. In contrast, the average deal value for other leading law firms, based on the number of deals, ranged from 8 to 15 million USD.
