Christina Kiik

Christina Kiik is an associate at Ellex in Estonia whose primary area of practice is the resolution of civil disputes in both court and arbitration proceedings, including cross-border disputes. She advises and represents clients in complex commercial and contractual disputes, including matters related to claims for damages and the protection of contractual rights, and helps find strategic solutions to disputes.

Christina has published legal articles and achieved outstanding results in both Estonian and international moot court competitions. Christina holds a Bachelor of Laws (2024) and a Master of Laws (2026) from the University of Tartu.
