Elina Lorens is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia, specializing in criminal proceedings and dispute resolution.
In 2024, Elina earned her bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Tartu and will continue her studies in the master’s program in the fall.
Her first practical experience was an internship at Ellex Raidla. Prior to this, Elina worked in the banking sector in the field of anti-money laundering, gaining valuable experience in financial crime prevention. In the spring of 2023, Elina contributed to a study on juvenile delinquency (ISRD 4), commissioned by the Ministry of Justice, aimed at analyzing the prevalence and frequency of offenses and victimization among students in grades 8–11.
