Greta Bujutė is an expert in data protection, artificial intelligence and technology law, specialising in the GDPR, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and other areas of EU digital regulation. Greta has more than 17 years of practical professional experience, including international experience in the banking sector in Denmark and the United Arab Emirates.

Greta advises Lithuanian and international organisations on complex data protection, artificial intelligence and other regulatory compliance matters. She conducts GDPR audits and data protection impact assessments, prepares data protection documentation, assists organisations in developing and implementing AI governance and compliance frameworks, assesses legal risks related to new technologies and digital services, and provides training on the GDPR and artificial intelligence. Greta also has experience in IT contracts, cloud services, software development and licensing.

Greta is a certified CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe), CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager) and AIGP (Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional) professional. She also leads the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) Lithuania KnowledgeNet Chapter, bringing together Lithuania’s privacy professionals and facilitating the exchange of professional knowledge and best practices in data protection and AI governance.
