Katrīna Eimane is an associate in the dispute resolution practice and additionally specializes in employment law. Katrīna has more than six years of professional experience in law. During this time Katrīna has worked in different law firms where she provided a wide range of legal assistance, including representation in civil and administrative cases, as well as in arbitration proceedings, consulting in relation to various transactions, drafting legal documents relating to employment, performed legal due diligence in M&A deals.
Katrīna has an extensive experience in complicated individual and collective employment disputes relating to termination of employment, suspension of an employee, recovery of damages from an employee, determination of working time and rest time of aircraft crew members and other issues. Katrīna also has experience in recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and foreign court judgments, in disputes relating to the obligations of group of companies, debt collection cases, insurance claims, administrative cases in the areas of healthcare, construction, tax and civil service, and various administrative violation cases.
