Laura Paulaitė is a senior associate with extensive experience in corporate and M&A field. Throughout her career, Laura has advised and represented private and public companies, private equity funds, partnerships and other type of entities carrying out activities in various business sectors. Laura’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, including post-merger integrations, local and cross-border business reorganization, complex internal transactions and other day-to-day corporate matters. Complementing her corporate practice, Laura has experience with restructuring and insolvency matters making her valuable advisors to the clients in distressed assets sale and acquisition transactions and debt recovery.
