Mantas Juška is a associate partner with experience in representing local and multinational companies in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, cross-border transactions, restructuring projects, and general corporate governance matters. Mantas has represented private and listed companies acting in various business sectors (including transport, energy, finance, telecommunication, information technology, and manufacturing). He had key roles in the largest and most sophisticated M&A transactions in the Baltics (such as the acquisition of Fortum business in the Baltic states by Partners Group, approx. value EUR 800 million), and also headed legal teams in several local transactions (including the acquisition of a dairy company in Latvia by AB Vilkyškių pieninė).
During his career, Mantas was involved in M&A projects involving such foreign investors as Partners Group, CVC, IKEA, Quaero Capital, Accession Capital Partners (former Mezzanine Management), and major local players, including Maxima, Modus, and Girteka group.
Mantas also assists small family businesses and start-up companies in negotiations with potential investors.
