Veho Lietuva acquires Auto Bodyshop workshop

Veho Lietuva, the official representative of Mercedes-Benz and a company based in Finland, has acquired Auto Bodyshop, described as one of the largest auto body repair companies in Lithuania and the Baltic region.

This strategic move by Veho Lietuva demonstrates their commitment to expanding the range of service offerings available to their customers. The exact value of the deal has not been disclosed.

Veho Lietuva was advised by the law firm Ellex Valiunas (Ellex in Lithuania). Team: partner Paulius Gruodis, associate partner Mantas Juška, associates Aušra Abraitytė, Kamilė Skrupskytė, and Akvilė Rudaitytė, as well as junior associate Rūta Tamulionytė.
