Matas Malijonis

Matas Malijonis is a senior associate and expert in public procurement law with experience in consulting clients on public procurement issues, representing them in public procurement disputes and organising and effecting high-value public sector acquisitions. Matas is a co-author of the comments on the law on public procurement and the law on procurement carried out by contracting entities in the areas of water management, energy, transport and post services. Matas provides consultations on issues in public procurement law, and assesses and drafts procurement documents, claims and procedural documents. Matas also represents in public procurement litigation and litigation related to amendments and termination of public procurement agreements and other disputes arising during the performance of the agreement.
