Miglė Petkevičienė is a partner with experience in a wide range of complex projects including life sciences, data protection, food, beverages and tobacco, entertainment, public procurement and other sectors, Miglė constantly advises major foreign pharmaceutical companies on various complex regulatory issues and represents them before state authorities and in relations with other business entities. In recent years, she has been active in helping Lithuanian and foreign companies prepare for the new data protection regulation challenges. Miglė has successfully coordinated these projects working together with internationally recognised law firms.
Miglė is a frequent lecturer in data protection training through conferences and seminars. In 2018, when the GDPR was entered into force, she conducted 80 events on data protection that were highly rated by the clients. She is also an author and co-author of articles in foreign and Lithuanian law journals and was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University for three years.
