Neve Uudelt has extensive experience in dispute resolution. In her 20-year work experience she has represented clients in numerous high-profile proceedings.
Neve worked in Ellex 2007 – 2021. In 2021 – 2025 Neve worked as a judge in Tallinn Circuit Court, hearing civil matters, and in 2024 – 2025 as the Chair of the Civil Chamber. Neve rejoined Ellex in Estonia in 2025.
