Neve Uudelt is a highly experienced dispute resolution expert. Over the course of her 20-year career, Neve has advised companies in numerous high-profile and complex litigation matters.
Neve worked at Ellex In Estonia from 2007 to 2021 and completed a secondment at the Finnish law firm Roschier in 2010. From 2021 to 2025, she served as a judge in the Civil Chamber of the Tallinn Circuit Court, also acting as Chair of the Civil Chamber. In addition, Neve has taught seminars in Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu. She rejoined Ellex in 2025.
Neve has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in complex disputes involving corporate law specificities, including shareholder disputes and matters concerning the liability of members of management and supervisory bodies.
