Paula Kellija is a qualified lawyer, specialising in data protection, cybersecurity, the Data Act, and pharmaceutical law. Alongside this, Paula regularly advises clients on M&A and corporate law matters, providing practical support in corporate governance changes – including amendments to management boards, appointment of representatives, and other related matters.
In the field of data protection, Paula advises clients on compliance with the GDPR and national data protection legislation, assisting with the development and review of data protection documentation, reporting of personal data breaches to the competent authority, and other practical day-to-day matters. Paula is also well-versed in the application of Regulation 2023/2854 (the Data Act), guiding clients on the integration of new requirements into their operations, including the review of existing contracts.
In cybersecurity, Paula specialises in the application of the NIS2 Directive and the national Cybersecurity Law, advising essential and important service providers on practical compliance matters, including registration with the National Cybersecurity Centre.
