Siim Jürgens is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia, focusing primarily on environmental and spatial planning law.
Siim holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu. Before joining Ellex in Estonia, he worked for nearly three years at another international law firm, where he focused primarily on transactions as well as regulatory matters related to real estate, energy, and environmental law. Siim has also completed an internship at the Tartu Circuit Court.
