Tomass Brinkmanis considers both administrative procedure and penal law his calling but, owing to his previous experience, considers the court of law his second home. He provides assistance to clients in the general ambit of court proceedings, but also in their relations with other institutions at a state or local level.
He is currently completing a master’s degree in law and eagerly awaits opportunities to gain knowledge and hone his skills in practice
