Foreign direct investment review in the Baltics

Ellex and White & Case experts have joined forces to create a new foreign direct investment (FDI) review of Baltic countries for 2023. It helps in navigating the new rules for investing in countries across the globe that require foreign direct investment approval.

Our experts prepared the newest publication with a comprehensive overview of FDI Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The new tendencies are clear – national security plays an important role in the Baltics. All investments concerning national security in Lithuania and Latvia are under the scope of review.
